Software Evaluation Center concept

We find that customer have noble intentions of evaluating our products. Typically an evaluation involves different configuration of hardware and software and it requires different applications to be tested. It does involve more than one pc at a time and even if the customers come from medium to large organisation extra hardware and software to be available becomes difficult.

This results in either delay or improper analysis of the product.

The other problem is that when you are in the office there are many important and not important tasks that fall on you as you are physically there. This takes precious time away from evaluation process.
 
Training - Many a times after the first batch training is over the second batch onwards ideal training grounds are not made available. This means that the training quality and facilities suffer.
 
These are some of the issues which made us feel that in order for our software message to reach the key person we need to provide additional support service like providing a lab environment.
 
Understanding the client requirements, we have set up Software Evaluation Center to facilitate the POC of the products. The lab will initially have a server with client machines. It will have different databases and booting option with different operating systems as well as different browsers. In future we will provide software's that simulate long distance travel on net as well to manage login speeds across locations.
